How do you make coin rings with the design on the outside? Everything I have found only shows how the design winds up on the inside (http://cleanstream.net/mirrors/coin_ring… and http://homepage.mac.com/johnhuber/coinri…

I know the design can be put on the outside though because I’ve seen them for sale (http://cgi.ebay.com/1904-barber-half-dol… and http://www.libraryshop.org/usicoje.html)…

I can’t figure out how this is done so any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Pictures would be wonderful too!

    Here are some pictures. You punch out the middle of the coin and bend the annulus around ball bearings until it is ring shaped.
