My question is what is the difference between UNCIRCULATED and PROOF. ex. 2009 Abraham Lincoln Commemorative Silver Dollar Proof Obverse and 2009 Abraham Lincoln Commemorative Silver Dollar Uncirculated Obverse Is there a difference in value? which one is better to collect.
